This vacant house presents a major safety hazard in a high traffic area. There are flapping piece of debris and the home has a lot of damage internally and externally. The house is also not securd.Beyond the general house safety concerned, I am concerned about pieces of the house becoming airborne with wind and hurting park goers or going into Richmond traffic.
