VIRGINIA WALL - ( HHD ) a blind elderly lady lives. She is currently experiencing an active sewage overflow from her private cleanout. She is very concerned. The City manhole in her backyard is not overflowing. Homeowner stated that Comcast dug a hole in the back yard and ever since then her restrooms has not operated properly.
