311 Email request:There is a water valve box located at Lockhart Elementary School. It has begun leaking, saturating the ground, and seeping onto the sidewalk. It is located just off the sidewalk at the end of the driveway before the SPARK. It is a raised caged valve and behind it is a large diamond plate covering with a hatch. Inside the hatch it has filled with water and is now leaking into the soil and over the sidewalk.
