The apartments have so many problems. Lived here since,2010. Leaking ceiling. Roaches all the time no matter how clean you are. Bed bugs. And when you report them they try to make you pay $600 for the treatment. Your better off doing it on your own. Recently had a change, you now need keys to get in the property but doesnt stop break-in, in the cars.

Silver Creek Apartments has a very nice manager, Ms. Betty. She is one of a kind that will work with you on issues that you may have. The apartment is a fairly old community so some of the needed repairs are normal. For my unit - the ac does not cool the whole apartment and during the heat of the day you may as well use a fan. The apartment does not get cold until late at night - then you have to lower your a/c and grab another blanket. Some of the repair work that maintenance has done seems to be half done. From repairing roofs to my balcony. The dryer connection does not vent to the outside, the complex uses a box that attaches to your dryer. The problem with that is - since the utility room is in my second bathroom - no one can use that bathroom because it is so hot. Pest control also is needed - but I have never called the office for pest control I purchase my own. Now reading all of the problems you may wonder why I would still recommend the property. Overall and mainly due to management you can call the place home. It is a value for your money and you do feel safe.
