318 Sylvester needs to clean up the ditch. Also the used car lot on the corner of Sylvester and Fulton has grass that is high around the corner. Also the blue building along Sylvester and the service road has high grass too. The DON need to do a site visit on this block and the one behind my property at 213 Sylvester. Both blocks have violations. They need to keep up their property on the 2 blocks.
