I received great service from Jasmine during my scheduled appointment. She was knowledgeable and patient with me and all my questions. I had a dilemma ongoing at the time I toured so I wasn’t able to commit to signing a lease in the moment even though I REALLY wanted to as the apartment I was showed had the most amazing views. Jasmine along with Jonathan helped me out massively by talking through different scenarios with me and I appreciate that I didn’t feel pressured and they genuinely were trying to help. While I did not lease this time around, I definitely look forward to possibly doing so in the future!

I love it here at Windsor! The staff here is amazing, especially Jonathan. He goes above and beyond for the residents here at Windsor! He always greets us with a smile and checks in on us. Even for a high rise the apartments are very dog friendly. You can be sure the staff cares about them just as much as you do.

Lived here for over a year. Since I moved in the team has been great. I wanted to transfer apartment, they were there. I needed help with my A/C at the maintance staff came within an hour - on a Friday evening. Just now I have to move out as my job has moved and Jonathan has been very helpful to guide me on the rules, fast processing of my documents and despite I informed I am moving, the team is still there for me.

Jonathan and Amy were great! I had an issue pop up that needed immediate manager attention and they both jumped right in to assist me. These are the type of managers I would like managing the property I call “home”.

We have lived here for 4 years, we love this team, they work very hard and everyone cares we do know things happen. But we are so happy to have THIS team. Maintenance team is the best, they work very hard.

Jonathan has been an excellent manager and facilitator to stress free living at Windsor Memorial. He was straight forward when my roommate and I signed the lease and made sure maintenance attended to any issues we had in our unit with haste. I would highly recommend living in this beautiful property and know it is in good hands with Jonathan.

I've been living at this apartment complex for five years, and it's by far the best I've ever experienced. The location is superb, offering convenient access to everything I need, including multiple nearby parks that are perfect for walking my dog. The maintenance team is exceptionally responsive, addressing any issues quickly and efficiently. The valet staff is always welcoming and friendly, and the concierge team is equally amazing. They handle any issues promptly and are always warm and professional, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. The management goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of their residents, which makes this a place I feel truly comfortable calling home.

I wanted to look for a place in town. I was moving from the Katy area. We are downsizing and we came across the Windsor Memorial . We saw the lovely pictures which matched the scenery. Our tour guide Jonathan .. was very accommodating and knowledgeable of all of our needs and I look forward to our stay

Whenever I needed some assistance Jonathan never fails! Really appreciate the level of consideration and help he offers. Make the place looks good for sure! The valet is very friendly and respectful. Overall 10/10

First off my tour was amazing. Sometimes it can be boring to go and tour but Jonathan was delightful. As I was flexible with my wants, he showed me 4 different options to help me decide what I was looking for. Very knowledgeable about the property and a great guide!!
