I currently live at Kelly Village a housing project. This place is the worse smoking is banned yet tenants, maintenance (some are felons) too smoke outdoors and indoors a clear violation. Too many angry teenage boys. I was punched multiple times by a teenage boy for no reason. Plus vandalism in the laundry room. Too many unemployed moms with 3 or 4 kids only the daddy works. Too much trespassing on other tenant's porches. Too many homeless people and teenage boys roaming around. Overcrowded apartments cause tenants let relatives send their bad behaving kids to them. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Too much unauthorized entry into tenants apartments by maintenance looking to steal from the tenants' apartments. The Kelly Village staff will do a recertification on only some tenants to raise your rent every year starting in August. Aphrodite
