complaint on duplex, sewer is now coming up on the inside of the house and the duplex never wants to do anything, they have reported to them multiple times but they never want to resolve the problem. citizen stated that the city went out to check the sewer lines and advised them that it was a private matter and the land lord doesnt want to do anything about it. please review property
