I sent an earlier request that the owners of this building be contacted and the property be reviewed for openings into the building, possible vagrants sleeping near or in the building, and what appears to be construction debris. The City did go out and determined that rodents, which was my fear earlier were not present, but on a walk just recently it was clear rodents were visibly scattering into the building - this was closer to sundown.
