Adding a new addition to home without a permit
Email: Homeowner was witnessed doing the add on where a patio door used to be by several neighbors and there are before and after pictures available to view for any further Investigation. When reading the 1st response by Inspector #133, this homeowner diverted the Inspector away from the new build by showing him a 2 year old build which was also built by this homeowner without any City Permits. Our HOA is requesting another Inspection to visit this home.
