illegal dumping in a vacant lot across from 3106 roland
Consistent dumping trash in the ditch . I own property nearby. The dumping is across street in front of my vacant lot. This is my second time reporting the problem. Trash was picked up the first time but the dumpers now see this spot as the official site to dump.
