Made citizen contact. The correct address is 3102 Hollister , citizen concern is a vacant homeÆs yard and ditch around the home has vegetation growing out of control. Refer to code enforcement for further investigation. Quick viewed and inspected gravity mains #3260826, #3260714,#3260688, all have light debris good condition; no blockages detected. 3102 Hollister looks overgrown again with weeds. Would you please report it for cutting and clean-up.I keep hearing he is making fun of the billings for the clean up of his mess. He has commented is a joking way "They think I am going to pay to have that cleaned up". He is living with a girlfriend, nearby to his home, and sees the condition of his mess. An across the street neighbor (perpendicular) on Blankenship gets the owner's mail and he comes to get it from the neighbor so he is well aware
front yard and rear yard both with high weeds brush, Also several large trees growing in the 15 foot corner eyesight line which blocks visibility of traffic on hollister when attempting to turn from blankenship.

House is apparently abandoned and has been for a LONG TIME. Truck parked in front yard of home. Weeds growing over the sidewalk making it nearly impassable next to a busy street. Detached garage full of rubbish and appears to be broken into.
