MY NEIGHBOR AT 308 HUTCHESON ST LEAVES THEIR TRASH BINS OUT EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK TO BLOCK STREET PARKING IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE. THERE IS LITTLE TO NO PARKING AVAILABLE ON THE STREET AND IT RESULTS IN HAVING TO PARK MORE THAN A BLOCK AWAY SOMETIMES. IÆM NOT REALLY SURE WHO TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH ABOUT THIS BUT I FIGURED THIS WOULD BE A GOOD PLACE TO START. IF NOT COULD SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ME OF WHOM TO TALK TO. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
