Meter Leak
I reported this on Sunday but have not received any response. There is a water meter leak at 305 W Polk Street (near the intersection of Polk & Taft).
At 305 W Polk Street. There appears to be a slow leak between the water meter and the street. The in-ground box housing the water meter is full of water and it is seeping through a small group of shrubs, over the curb and into the gutter.
