The proper cleanout is on Cortland and 39th. If they are standing on Cortland then the cleanout is on the building to the right. Per caller, AT&T used a ram and out a belly at the city connection to the sewer. Pipe needs to be dug up and repaired, via master plumber he had go out there. There was apparently a PW worker who came out there and said he would get a crew sent out there on Wedenseday.
