Do you enjoy dog feces everywhere? Do you like having a laundry room where none (not exaggerating) of the machines work? Do you fancy having maintenance not repair any work orders you submit for months? Have you ever dreamed of living in an apartment community where the pool is available 2 days out of the month because it isn’t kept clean? Do you also enjoy having your security walk-in and drive through gates not operable? Have you also dreamt of living somewhere that has the management staff available under half the time they are supposed to be available? Have you ever wondered what it’s like living in an apartment community that doesn’t have sufficient dumpsters that constantly overflow because they are too cheap to get bigger bins that they used to have? Lastly, do you like wasting money? If you answered yes to any of these questions then Tiffany Square Apartments is the right place for you. Prepare for a management team that doesn’t care about you or the property. Oh, you need maintenance but they are redoing apartments? Nope. Put that on the back burner. I’ve been here over 10 years and I will not be renewing my lease this go around. Things are getting VERY bad here due to piss poor management.

Tiffany Square Apartments is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in. It does have some good but mostly it is bad. I'll list it out for you: -Pros- * Neighbors are quite * Lots of trees * Decent gym. They actually have a cable machine which allows for lots of different workouts. * Walmart is a hop, skip, and a jump down Richmond Ave. * There is a liquor store close (you'll need it if you live here) * I never hear of any car break ins -Cons- * Leasing Agents/Management constantly changes. In the less than one year I've lived here they've been through 3. The first one was not suited for the job. So was the second. And, come to think of it, neither is the third. However, the third (current) is starting to show some promise. * Maintenance is HORRIBLE. If you're a/c goes out during the summer, they'll drag their feet to fix it, along with any other repair orders you place. Not sure if it is the 1 maintenance guy, the property management, or both. When our maintenance guy went on vacation we had a stand in who was the absolute best. We all miss him. The rating system makes you chose at least one star. IF I could, I would give 0 stars. * Some of the tenants have no courtesy! There is a trash can by the mail boxes meant for disposing of the unwanted ads we all get. Instead, tenants here use it for HUGE bags of spoiled food, fast food trash or dirty baby diapers. It is almost constantly full and overflowing- the dumpster is about 40 feet away. Some of the dog owners here allow their muts to poop on the sidewalk and they don't bother picking it up. One tenant was drunk and backed into another tenants car, totaled it, and drove off. Not sure what the outcome of that was. I find beer cans in the bushes all the time. Prior tenants do not forward their addresses and over half my mail is to 3 different people. * The laundry room is ALWAYS a mess. If it isn't lent and trash all over the floor then it's the full overflowing trash can in it. Sometimes it smells funky. Some of the dryers will just spin your clothes for 30 minutes but not dry a single one of them. It is not maintained. * During the summer months there is no consistent pool cleaning schedule. Had a few friends over on a Saturday afternoon (on SATURDAY, the day meant for pool activity) to go swimming, have some beer, eat some bbq and had to cancel because the pool was not safe to swim in due to it looking like a swamp. * The gym is no longer 24/7, which womps because I sometimes get off late and would like to get my workout in. This is due to misconduct by some tenant(s). It was either equipment misuse because sometimes the cable machine would be discombobulated or someone was having sexy time in there or doing some sort of drug. Let's be real . . . . * IF you get a one bedroom here then your back door is a sliding glass door with shades. Unless you put up more shades then the ones provided allow people to see you in your bathroom or, if turned the other way, see into your room. Also, the sliding glass door does not provide good sound dampening. * The plumbing here is horrible! The hot water pressure in the kitchen is comparable to a dog drooling. There are signs of water leaks on the ceiling throughout the apartment. I just used the dishwasher and there is now brown pieces of something in it and all over my dishes. Overall, I would not recommend this complex to anyone. For all the cons you have to put up with the price isn't worth it. I suggest continuing your search.

I have been looking here for 2 yrs. I'm moving this dec 2015. The manager is terrible. Imy car got towed when I was out town for work and I have to pay $300 to get back. When I asked the manager he said we sent noticed by the door but I was in town. I have report maintenance for leak water in my bathroom and has not been fixed yet it has been 3 weeks since i told them. There is a lot of guys living her and they freak me out and asking me for my number and asking when they can come over. I live by stairs and there are two new guys moved in love to somke weed by my door. The manager is bad at his job. I told him I'm moving in Dec 2015 and he was trying to make me live there one more month longer even though my less is over. the lady downstairs always puts music on after 12 am during weekdays. I told them so many times they did nothing about it. The guy thinks it's okay to treat women in ugly way and disrespect becaze he is a manger. I asked him for his manager number he said there is no one he can talk to. I cannot wait to move out of this place. i will say please look for another place. My rent kept going up every 6 months nothing.

I have lived here for a year now . .never had any issues . For the price and location i give them 4 stars . Also , the ground staff always goes above and beyond to fix any maintenenance issues and does so very quickly .I love the security precautionary measures they have made , outdoor cameras and completely gated makes me feel safe. I would recommend this place to friends , only dislike i have is minor and that is when it rains there are a few puddles in the courtyard. ;)

I do not recommend the Tiffany Square Apartments. The buildings are a joke. My apartment is full of mold, the air conditioner drips and sounds like an air compressor. It vibrates the entire apartment. When my neighbor's air conditioner comes on, it vibrates my house and you can hear it. The outlets and light switches shock you all the time. Snow blows in the windows in the winter. You can barely bump the door when it's locked and it flies open-definately not safe. The water randomly is turned off with no warning. The management team is rediculous. They are unprofessional. They do not explain things to you, they yell at you and physically threaten you while insulting you. The parking lot is full of holes. You can hear everything your neighbors do. It's a terrible place to live.
