Apartment complex on 9th st between cortlandt and Arlington has a dumpster on Arlington st. This complex switch services, and it appears to have reduced the number if pickups. Currently trash has been overflowing out of the dumpster for several days. This overflow has happen numerous times before.
There are 2 sewer/waster water clean-outs pouring grey water from kitchen sinks / dishwaters onto the walk ways in fron of the apartments in Building C. There are no covers on the clean outs. This problem has been going on for more than a year and is getting worse. This is unsanitary and dangerous as some one could slip and fall on the walk way (303 East 9th St, Houston, 77007)Sent at November 4 at 2:18 PM
