love it here i've been here for a couple of years and plan to be here as long as possible. would recommmed to family and friends to move into this humble quiet little neighborhood. always taking care of us.

I love living here, the community is tranquil and all of my neighbors are nice. The neighborhood is quiet and I never have any issues getting any maintenance, Danny is always helpful and swift with his repairs!

Great place to live, Great place to live when you're retired, the community is small and very quiet, not a lot of in and out traffic. Would like very much that the bushes at the entrance and exit of the property could be trimmed a tad bit because it's hard to see oncoming traffic when your exiting the property.

The neighbors are nice. Everything else is mediocre. I've emailed my property manager plenty times over something small as a parking space only to be ignored so there's an amenity I haven't been able to use that's been provided.

I like Especially mis ERICKA she is very nice person I would like to have her more days in this building. Because she not here very often . If is posible to have some one else like her profesional attention. I am going to grateful . Thanks

Small, friendly staff and neighbors, clean and good maintenance year round. The community stays very quiet most of the time. The pool is up to date : clean and available to enjoy. One the benefit of having an assigned covered parking spot.

I have to say the apartments are great and they are the best ones to live in so for I love where I stay and I don't want to move because I never had a problem over here y'all some time The people that live here park's real crazy but hay what can I say what can they do about so let's just say if someone hit there car's they are asking for it
