PER E CONTRERAS WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT The location aforementioned has multiple MH holding down the line (AS011066, AS011065, AS011064, and AS011060). The MH further downstream ,AS011052, is flowing but with a moderate amount of tissuepaper/rags at the bottom of it. I am requesting for stoppage to alleviate the MHs.
