Of all the places I looked in Houston, Rachel and her team were the most responsive of all the apartment complexes I looked at. They set a time to call, they call. they answer their phone and they return calls as promised. I wish I could say that this was a common experience among all the apartment complexes I spoke with. I wish them much luck in the future.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This place is a huge joke. Management has ZERO empathy for PAYING customers! They have absolutely Zero customer service skills and could care less about you. We DONT feel SAFE HERE! My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and not one moment of it has been enjoyable. After only living here for one month my husbands new work truck was broken into inside the so called secured parking garage. Cars are constantly being broken into and STOLEN. Mary the manager has no empathy with anyone here.Tonight 12/30/2020 around 7:30 pm my car along with Four others were broken into for the sheer of enjoyment inside the so called secured parking garage . Once again we only get a response from Mary I'm on vacation but when I get back I'll call sorry for the inconvenience! Who does that?! Your a Manger you don't get vacation. Also the gates to the garages alway break and are stuck open for days and even sometimes weeks.There are also many entry gates that are at times not functional and aren't checked daily to see if they are working properly. Elevators are also a big issue they constantly are breaking for days and weeks at a time. Talked with Security and they don't get onsite till 9pm some nights and other nights they aren't ask to come in until 10 pm. This place smells of dog urine everywhere you go and the property is dirty. Once they get that hook in you all the smiles and eagerness to please is thrown out the door.Don't be fooled by this place. ?????? DO NOT MOVE HERE?????? oh and don't let me forget about the packages constantly getting stolen, but good lucky getting someone in the office on the phone because they never pickup. Also the walls here are paper thin and you can hear just a simple conversation from the Nextdoor neighbors .Again this place isn't SAFE and we don't feel safe here.

I am writing for one person in particular and that is Chelsea Holub! This young lady is one amazing individual. She is ALWAYS courteous, prompt, understanding, problem solver and you can tell that she really and truly cares about the residents that reside here. My unit suffered flooding from a unit above and from the moment it happened this young lady was proactive in communicating with me, making sure that everything was done timely and when the ball was dropped, she immediately rectified the situation. I was not the best person to deal with at that time, but this beautiful soul calmed me down and let me know it would be alright and she was absolutely correct. Whenever I run into her in the hallway on tours, she always addresses me by name and has a smile to go along with it. There could be no better person representing Camden then her! I am so glad that she is here and Camden City Center needs to know that this young lady is everything good and shows a level of professionalism that we can all strive to have in whatever career that we are in. She is simply adorable and simply the best!

I really enjoyed my time here- this is easily one of the best locations in Midtown, and very walkable to almost everything in the area. There were occasional car break ins and package theft issues, but these were always well communicated and dealt with quickly. If you're looking for a young, vibrant community this is the place.

Kelsey was AMAZING. She was very sweet, thorough, and accommodating to my questions and requests. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I won't be moving in until later this year but I will be coming back due to her great customer service!

Camden City Centre was my first visit which was a bit overwhelming (on my part) but Maira was awesome and very knowledgeable about the property. It appears to have a lot of great energy with some great amenities that have put them at the top of my list so far!

Worst living experience ever. Always living on the edge and hoping you don't fall victim to crime. My vehicle got stolen right out of the parking garage here. They NEVER hire security when things, like the gate not working, go bad. I've lived here for over a year and there has been countless crime incidents. Multiple stolen vehicles, tons of window smashing, 3 apartment break ins, 2 instances of aggravated assault with victims at gunpoint. This place just has no leadership which is why they fail to make resolutions. Don't even get me started on the package delivery issues...

Raeni Doro was incredible to work with. She gave me my original tour around the complex and contacted me within 24 hours of my tour to follow up- every other complex I visited did not reach out until 48+ hours after I visited. After I decided to begin an application for an apartment quote that I had previously saved, I ran into some issues with the online system and emailed Raeni (on a Friday night nonetheless) for help and she immediately responded first thing Saturday morning to fix the problem and get my application started. I was blown away by her promptness and how helpful she was throughout the entire process. Raeni made the whole application/leasing process simple and easy, and I can't thank her enough for all her help.

This is my first apartment and I love everything about it! It's walking distance from a lot of places but not directly next to them so its quiet around the property. I love our perks discount card. We get discounts at a lot places that I frequent like Nekter and Belle Station. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Kenya. She plans events monthly and I have actually met a lot of my neighbors. Maintenance is friendly and fast and the grounds are always clean. If you are looking for a place to live Camden definitely is the place to be.
