Fire department and Arson Investigators responded to fire within this vacant and abandoned structure on 6/09/2024. The property is unsecured and vagrants have been seen entering and leaving the structure at all times. Property owner stated that he has owned property for over a year and is waiting for COH to issue a permit before making needed repairs.

I don't understand why this report was closed out. Please find images taken today of the current condition of the house at 301 Goldenrod St. It is in danger of collapse, among other things. Vagrants have recently entered the building and prompted neighbors to call the police. When HPD responded, the officer would not enter the house saying he feared he'd fall through the floor.
