Weeds/Trash/Stagnant Water on Property - 2500422232 - ELGIN ST SAUER ST
Elgin Street around the three 000 block of Elgin Street there by the railroad tracks, it's a lot of water all over the street draining from somewhere and it's disgusting. It's been happening for a long time and no one has done anything about it. Can someone please fix this water problem all over the street on both sides of the street when you're going down Elgin towards Scott from downtown right by the railroad tracks and that store
