I am writing on behalf of the residents at 2958 Dragonwick Dr., Houston, TX 77045. The grass on city property is 4.5 feet tall and is a danger to the community. See photos attached. There have been rats and snakes seen in this ditch. Please send someone to cut this as soon as possible.
