Wonderful building with amazing ammenities. Have lived here 16 years and for the River Oaks area, there is no better building. The criticism I would add is it has power issues. The smallest storm knocks out the power.

The belle Meade is a fantastic place to live. It is like a community with the tenants and staff all friendly and helpful. I moved in for 14 months between houses and would happily return if I need to down the road

The Belle Meade is a well-maintained residence. More than other considerations, it is the friendly, respectful nature of the residents that is such a major attraction of the living experience here. The location the building is most convenient to grocery shopping, post office, library, and importantly, medical care for all of Houston's major hospitals.

Great place with amazing service. Wonderful place to live. Quiet, convenient, excellent in all ways. I we would highly recommend as one of the best luxury rentals in Houston. People are very nice who live here and staff is kind, thoughtful and efficient.

This is a very well-designed, well-maintained, and well-run apartment complex. The staff is always responsive, courteous, and helpful. There is a very nice pool, and very little noise. The location is also convenient.

Very well maintained. Similar properties in this area are available but this one is the best based upon service, community and neighbors according to people I talk to in neighboring properties. Good mix of people. Not all young,not all old. Even have a few small children. Lace very quiet.

The Belle Meade at River Oaks Apartments are very well managed, with a courteous and efficient staff. The engineers are excellent, and generally complete their work in a timely fashion. The Apartments are well located and near very good restaurants, shops, and doctors' offices. I highly recommend the Belle Meade Apartments.

This is a very quiet upscale accommodation conveniently located close to the city center, shops and restaurants. It is well maintained and serviced by a very professional team. It has a feel and atmosphere of a quiet hotel.

Fantastic property, well located in great neighborhood. Good inside parking, excellent staff, good neighbors and lively pets. Doesn't get any better. We are fortunate the Belle Meade is so special and good.

The Belle Meade is a wonderful place to live. Great friendly dog loving community. Staff is very responsive and attention to detail is on spot. The only trouble has been occasionally with power outages which involves hot water and elevator operation. Really a city of houston proble re power.
