After living in this Gables property for over 5 years with few problems other than parking and the occasional maintenance issue, I finally saw the unpleasnt attitude of this property. When trying to move due to job relocation, I was surprised to find that this management had a total disregard for their ggod tenants. My lease had expired, however this property requires a 60 day notice, which is longer than most in the industry. After trying to explain the situation, and giving a 47 day notice, which I feel is very adiquate, the management informed me that they would be holding me responsible for the additional 13 days eventhough my lease had expired. Further, the manager Debbie explained to me that her 13 years of experience allowed her the right to explain to me the ways of the renting world. She never offered any solutions other than stating that the Gables legal team states the rules, and if I wanted to challenge them, I could. She also claimed to not want to make different rules for tenats. While she is bound by procedures which I think have no flexibility and should be changed, she herself was extremly rude, unprofessional, and not at all thankful for my 5 years of no problems and never one late payment. What a property to not live at. This organization has completely failed at the customer service business, and I will tell this store for years. Good thing I own my own business in the retail aspect, and I get to tell the store to several people daily! What great advertising they earned.

Caveat Emptor <br>The manager, (Stephanie) needs a serious lesson in customer service. Flaky staff, ------ unconcerned. Little or no concern for tennants, concerned with lease up. Poor disclosure practices and unconcerned management.
