2902 w 12th still has variance signs up after 9months. Sec 42-83(d) was updated this summer to say: (d)The applicant shall remove the signs within 60 days after the application being acted upon by the commission, withdrawn by the applicant, or otherwise deemed inactive by the director.
Variance signage remains posted ~270days after planning commission action. Address is 2902 W 12th st. Application was Lovett Homes Application 2021-2667 for Ella Timbergrove. 8 violations are still posted along 12th street entrance. This fence line, empty lot at 2902 W. 12th Street has overgrown vines, trees and shrubs to have grown over our community, Heritage Creek. Heritage CreekÆ is along W 12th Street between Ella and Seamist, 77008. Our perimeter fence is wood, and the other fence is wrought iron. The over growth is damaging our (Heritage Creek) fence, and attracting rodents! Could you please help with this ongoing nuisance? Get the owners of empty lot to cut back all of the over growth!
