There are racoons in the crawl space and the plumbing issue is ongoing prevous report # 2200359209
Sewer excursion inside - feces, etc. Although the problem was resolved by a plumber, they did nothing to clean it up inside - no antibacterial, etc. used. As of today, evidence of feces still remains in apt.

Citizen states that she has been reporting mold in apartment since May. Has reported online and via emails w/ mgr. Mgr has told her that insurance paid out on water leak and will not fix issue. emails per citizen state that mgr is now threatening to evict her from apartment. Has pictures of mold. Reports are made through apt website and they state completed, she adds that the issue is now growing. They only spray clorox and leave and can't breath at night due to strong smell.
