No hot water. Resident very upset.
PLEASE READ:Citizen states he does not have HOT water in the entire apartment. Also,water came flowing down from the above apartment. Water was in the walls and wall sockets and light fixtures. Citizen has pictures of all the areas water fell into. The apartment complex just dumped one light fixture that had water in it. Water was not dried out of the walls and door ways. Water is still dripping from the light fixtures. Please call citizen.
