The quality has really gone down the last 3 years. There was never a roach problem when I moved in now they are everywhere. Maintenance used to be really sponsored especially to requests. Management has gone down as well.

My apologize in advance for my harsh words, seriously your employees have mental issues, trust issues, insecurities problems, unfaithfulness, loyalty, dishonesty issues. i have applied and filled my application i told the manager assistant i will be back in one hour with the money order and finish the application, or i will deposit the Cash in my bank account and finish the deposit and the application payment. came back in 90 mins to hear her bad news the apartment was out of the list she preferred to give it to someone else. this degree of dishonesty is unforgivable. 3 days of search , looking, calling, touring with them. then she does this to me.

It's a very good apartment complex. Haven't had any issues regarding living in the apartment. The only downfall is some neighbors can be extremely loud. Other than that everything else have been extremely nice

Muy mala luego de salir la administraci?n que me recibi? , con muchos problemas graves de mantenimiento sin solucionar el personal de la oficina muchas veces en muy mala forma no hay respuestas a los problemas

Worst apartment I ever lived. Roaches can never be conquered. I can't wait to leave. The roaches are everywhere. In my food, every corner, every where in my apartment. I spray everyday but they keep coming.

My experiance aftermoving in. 1. Bathtubs were repainted with house paint and are already peeling within two days of moving in. This is a serious concern I have. - Using house paint in a bathtub is inappropriate and can lead to potential health risks due to exposure to volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other hazardous substances. ? 2. Paint overspray in the bathrooms around the trim looks unprofessional. - This indicates a lack of attention to detail during the repainting process.? 3. Paint drops were left throughout the apartment on the floors in every room. - This suggests inadequate preparation and cleanup during painting.? 4. None of the appliances were properly cleaned. The dishwasher had scum and smelled terrible, and the washing machine was also unclean. The fridge is making a horrible noise every few hours. - Landlords are typically responsible for ensuring appliances are clean and functional before a new tenant moves in. ? 5. The insides of the kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, and many have paint bubbles. - This reflects poor maintenance and substandard painting practices.
