HFD E62 MADE ELECTRICAL FIRE IN THIS UNIT TWICE IN PAST 6 MONTHS. I FOUND MAIN BREAKER UNSAFE EXPOSED WIRES AND TENANT STATED THAT REPAIR WAS MADE BY MAINTENANCE MAN. FIRE WAS IN CHILD'S BEDROOM BOTH TIMES AND CHILD WAS TRANSPORTED TO HOSPITAL ON 09/22/2019.
