The lot next to 2727 Kirby that was purchased by Sutherland over a year and half ago is completely over grown and trash ridden to the point where itÆs unsafe. Most of the trash is on city property. ItÆs bad enough we have to deal with some of the worst side streets and people speeding on Argonne and revere street with little to no patrol officers ever in are area. The amount of taxes we pay makes this unacceptable . I, we would appreciate this area to be cleaned up or at least make the owner of

Red Tag: Floors 19-30 and roof devices have no power and do not report. Elevator recalls schunt trips on roof have no power and do not work. First floor strobe MOD not working correctly, works sometimes needs to replaced. All fire phones failed.
