Re: Houston 311 Notification of New Case COH:0777907//The need is for the city to make sure property has used a certified company to repair the elevator it was just down for a month In January 2024., a month in July 2022. I was able to walk 2022Have since had 2 strokes. I live 8 years on 1st floor.. moved to 4th almost 3 years ago do to continuously leaks and mold on 1st floor. Please help. Sent from my iPhone

Leaking celling has caused mold in the walls, the walls is rotten and breaks by the touch. Caller is also reporting roaches in her unit, she has a small child at home.

Repeatedly malfunctioning fire alarm that has not been addressed by apartment management
Citizen states that the fire alarm constantly goes off in the middle of the night without a reason. Spoke with the apartment management to fix it and it has not has been addressed. Advised it has been going on for the last 3 months.
