Unprofessional office staff and total misinformation. Arrogant behavior in front of the demands of the residents. Use of obscene words Discriminatory behavior towards residents. Mainly from Amanda Gonzales (the manager. Absurd rent increase in a period of 6 months the rent increases by $ 10 per month. When I asked the manager for information she told me to my face that she was not the manager. In the dark of changes of rank in the staff, so we do not know who we can talk to in case of need. Horrible! I have never had such abuse as a consumer. I do not recommend it to anyone.

El mantenimiento es pésimo, el personal de oficinas muy poco profesionale, los pasillos llenos de basura, los basureros llenos de todas las plantas, no luz en el parqueo, no se le recomiendo a nadie q se mude para aquí solo llevo 4 meses y miren cuantos problemas y mensual te suben más la renta yo comencé con $1349 y ya voy por $1381,69.

This apartment complex used to be really nice, but lately it has gone downhill quickly. There is trash and garbage everywhere, people have dumped their hot charcoal from grilling right out on the landings of the stairways, the hallway carpets have urine stains, etc from pets, and the pool and spa look horrible (probably why they are never open, even before the pandemic). Management changes frequently, and this latest one is the worst one we’ve had. Electronic door access points have been broken for months, and despite alerting them to the problem, they haven’t been fixed. Sometimes I don’t know whether or not I am going to be able to get to my apartment from the parking lot- only when people prop open the doors is it assured, and that is definitely not safe (but there’s not much alternative at this point). Have lived here for almost 9 years, and I am sorry to say, I will have to move on after this. I can’t justify the price they’re charging for living here anymore. Oh, and there are roaches.

Horrible place to live. No security. My apartment was broken into and car window smashed out twice within 2 months. They do nothing about anything and maintainer almost never comes when requested. You have to call and hound them or anything to get done. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Been here for over ten years in an exclusive district area of West Houston is a joy. We never ever experienced any high water when ever there is any flooding going on here in Houston. The management here is highly qualified and skilled to personally manage any problems or any and all issues for the resident in an expedient manner. We highly recommend anyone who is seeking out quality and affordability with grace, style and class! Reminds you of an Older Suisse Hotel in the Swiss Alps!

My neighbors are constantly getting high and my apartment stinks because of it. The walls are thin here and sounds and smells easily get into adjacent apartments. Management refuses to do anything about residents getting high. I'm so embarrassed to invite anyone over. Can't wait to leave this poorly run and very expensive property.

Drug use on property has gotten worse the past few months. It's now a regular occurrence in the evenings and on the weekends. A fellow resident told me how she is concerned for her young daughter's welfare with so much drug activity on property. Property management is also very bad at cleaning up trash from the common areas. It takes a long time to remove discarded food or trash from stairwells. A lot of trash also piles up in the parking garage over the weekends. Very disgusting.

This community is a nightmare. Good luck getting any of your work orders completed . The staff here is unprofessional, lazy , LIARS, and overall worthless. Take a tour anyday at anytime of the hour and you'll see for yourself. I can't wait to move out

Well, let me see, honestly, very odd, but my best experience at these apartments has been when I daydream about the following ,while I am here: I really enjoy these apartments because they remind me of when I visited Europe in 1988 and 1989, reminds of the elegant castles, especially the one in Versailles, France. It is the same color, too. However, the grounds and the pool are smaller than the ones in Versailles, but that is SUPER elegant enough! The trees and bushes have these blooming purple flowers, my favorite color. Feels like paradise on Earth, makes me feel like wearing a Marie Antoinette dress as I walk through the hallways and courtyard, so elegant , wearing a sweet 16 dress. Just noticed... feel like the Marie Antoinette of the present. Feeling so elegant , I feel pretty, oh so pretty, so beautiful, feels like I am living among past palaces, where you see kings and queens, princesses, memories of a spoiled childhood. Reminds me of my first dance when I had my sweet 16, with the Cinderella outfit! Or my wedding night, dancing among all the splendor and beautiful flowers, and when the purple flowers cover the grounds, ah, perfect wedding night!, Myself, wearing a long white Cinderella dress, best men and maids wearing purple. My husband wearing a black outfit. such splendor, perfect wedding photography scene, too, so romantic....of course, it's all in my secret and pleasant and wild dreams during my stay at Residences2727, dreams that I wish I would not wake up out of...pleasant dreams! I wake up when the alarm sounds! The End.

Great Community, a couple of issues, but they are fixable. They have gone above and beyond sometimes. They need 24 security at the gate and front door. Love walking through the building to get to my apartment. Love the beautiful courtyard! For luxury apartment status they could do a bit more, like trash pick up, concierge service but i give them a 4 star rating. Nice job staff!
