Serious sewer odor - ditch and storm drain inlet- In front of 2720 and 2722 Cochran- continuous long term issue - blockage occurs every six months- also broken clean out in ditch @ 2720 - many seniors and disabled individuals live on street- need taken care of ASAP - repair and line flushing- previously done from 2600 of Cochran to 2800 block of Cochran and Flushed at T down to Fulton- needs to be done again
