The property owner has installed a security camera with bright blue rapid blinking lights that illuminate my living room. The top part of the lights are positioned 10-15 feet in the air and likely effects 10 or so homes.
THE PROPERTY OWNER HAS INSTALLED A SECURITY CAMERA WITH BRIGHT BLUE RAPID BLINKING LIGHTS THAT ILLUMINATE MY LIVING ROOM. THE TOP PART OF THE LIGHTS ARE POSITIONED 10-15 FEET IN THE AIR AND LIKELY EFFECTS 10 OR SO HOMES.
