Nuisance On Property
Hello, The abandoned CVS at Hillcroft at Westheimer is trashed all over again with people's clothes and homeless people living at it. I'm writing because I'm trying to keep my neighborhood safe and clean. It's only been a few weeks since they cleaned up last time but the homeless still haven't been serviced or directed to the right direction yet.
