I've contacted the owners of this property to complain about illegal dumping. The owner is a company called LJJX Investments, LTD., their agent is Helen Ghozali and their address is 1520 Oliver, St. Houston TX 77007. Their contact # is (713) 961-3877. I attempted contacting them today but there was no answer. Other empty lot owners are taking care of their lots, fencing and putting no dumping signs which helps a lot. There are no tires this time but not for long, last month there was a mountain
