Was just looking around and came across Nhu and was greeted with a warm, and friendly smile. Knowledgeable, and was able to guide me with confidence. Did not realize someone could be too helpful haha!

Staff here has been amazing and so helpful! The pool is open now and it’s gorgeous my summer has been so relaxing. I love living here location is great! Having a large green space across the way has been nice for my pup too.

I had the most wonderful experience when I came to tour the building. I was greeted by the young lady at the concierge table and then shown around the community by another super sweet young lady. Just overall a great experience which is uncommon when apartment hunting. The service I received was second to none. Then to top it off, the manager himself came out to see how my tour was and if there was anything else they could do to make me a part of their Hanover family. They went above and beyond to make me feel like royalty.

This place is stunning from top to bottom! I was greeted with a welcoming smile and then treated to an amazing tour where I was made to feel like family. My FAVORITE things was the golf simulator! You never see that at an apartment community so definitely a huge plus!!

NO NO NO!!!! Do not put yourself through what they put me through. If you move in APT 1906 be prepared for 1907 to play music from his surround sound amp system that will keep you up all night starting at 2 AM to dawn EVERYNIGHT. You will hear, horrific bass vibrations, and your walls rattling that will cause you unbelievable torture. You will get zero sleep. The manager, Wyatt will do nothing about it. So even if you move in a different unit and hear noise that disturbs you, nothing will be done. He will not respond to your messages when asked about important things. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews as you can SEE they are all from Leasing agents doing a tour. I was an actual resident since 2021 and all they care about is taking your money and all nice at first but once you sign that lease, that’s it they do NOT care about you! Trust Me, you will regret it!!!

This property has the most stunning location. So walkable and so many things to do. The property itself is well maintained and has lots of amenities. We are so happy living here! Highly recommend this place for sure!

I am an active golfer, so the simulator was a decision factor. I have lived here for 4 months now, and tried using the Golf simulator several times, but it simply doesn't work. I called the Simulator company, Golf HD, and also reported this issue to Hanover's maintanece team several times, but just can't make it function. So to all golfers out there, I wouldn't recommend considering trainning in this "ammenity", it appears great, but in reality it is just an eye catcher.. so heads up with that... If you are visiting the tower, ask to try out the simulator...

Amenities are consistently down / under renovation and the movie theatre room is useless. They have been trying to fix the theatre room for months and every time it’s the same excuse and “will be fixed tomorrow.” My frustration is with the ability to solve and address simple issues. For the price of living here, my experience has been it is not worth it and I’ve been living here for 1.5 years. Also, there are 4 elevators and at least one is consistently down. So wait times at elevators are out of control a lot of the time

Every apartment will have issues, but it is always how the management deals with them that is the difference. Any issues that happen, the office takes care of it right away and communicates updates. The staff here makes all the difference
