End of the line, has been going on for an extremely long time. The line needs to be cleaned out as water is backing up into the buliding. Is eventually going to come out of the bathtub. Mrs. Hilliard is ADAMANT that you call her at 832-724-2847. Please speak to her, this is NOT A TYPICAL CASE. They closed the case prematurely. She is at the very end of the city sewer line and as a result of heavy rain it is causing major backups. PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE THIS CASE BEFORE YOU SPEAK TO HER.
Citizen wants a call so she can meet you there; told by PWE super they are at the end of the line and to call whenever this happens; have backups frequently; wnats ALL city's lines flushed.
