ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The apartment complex is run by new management and it has gone downhill since. Christine does not care about the residents at all and has horrible customer service. I have called and asked for a key fob to access the gym and mail room for over 2 months. At this point it is absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars for customer service if I could.

After all the back and for, the management force us to stay 3 extra days. Here are some pictures of the conditions of my apartment from day one until now. I don't recommend this place if you want respect and consideration.

TUSCANY OAKS My experience has been very unpleasant, due to the pandemic they did not let me see the apartments; the lady in charge spoke well of the place and showed me very little of the place by video-call. When I entered the apartment it was dirty, with stains on the walls and doors, dirty kitchen with rotten smell, very unpleasant. I put the list of what they were supposed to repair, about three months later they painted the walls and changed the appliances for new ones that I would pay extra every month to have them, I had no problem with the extra cost except that it took them almost three months after ordering them. 12 months have passed and the holes under the dishwasher and bathroom sink and the broken balcony door are still unrepaired. I hope this comment will help the management so that other people have better services. It would also help a little understanding, we put the notice to move out with 3 days short of the 60 days limit, and they forced us to stay and pay for the extra days until we reach 60 days, incredible !!

Do not move in here! Absolutely do not. If you do, get good home security and SCREAMS and calls the cops with cameras. I've been living here for years since 2013 and my apartment was broken into. I filed a police report and the cops came. The leasing office lied to my face and told me that never have been any break-ins ever. Two of my neighbors said they've gotten broken into and nothing was done about it. No surveillance. They refuse to add even cameras. What exactly are you paying $1200 and $40 forced TV fee just to get told lies and corporate does not give two shits. You never think it can happen to you, until it does and then you're stuck on the lease. The management wasn't half as bad In 2013 but they're progressively getting worse. Maintenance people are nice and friendly and get work orders done promptly - that's about the only good thing. SO MANY CAR BREAK INS AND APARTMENT BREAK INS. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
