HHD - Jacob Hatch - The homeowner had stated that the city had come out to perform repairs at the address and the repairs where never completed, there was a bypass pump on the property to help remove the waste water from the backyard and then that was removed before the problem at her address was resolved. Additional assistance is needed at this address since the homeowner is still experiencing the same issue as she was before the city had came out for repairs.
