Citizen at 2509 Terry is placing heavy trash across the street at the vacant lot.
The neighbors across the street are emptying the contents of their home in the ditch and on the actual property of a vacant lot next to our community and now in front of our community. The pile is doubling in size by the day. Trash, couches, chairs, tables, etc. It is AWFUL. It looks like they are clearing out the entire home and placing it on our property and the lot next door.
