kuu med spa operating business under my permits still and do not have the legal permits to perform business at the establishment. Their new name is miracle med spa but stole all my account info. There is also a resident on 2nd floor and bottom is commercial use. I would like them to stop using my permits to do business , this has affected me with future projects.
