The Milano apartments Unit #K207(281) 888-0132Water heater busted in September 2023 and they only patched it up. The heater caused significant damages. The heater has burst again, and they said the replacement heater won't be here until Thursday. The temperatures are supposed to drop tonight to the low 30's and he don't have any hot water since Friday. There was a significant amount of mold that was getting him sick, but they finally replaced the sheetrock.
