I have lived on the property for the past 2 1/2 years and will speak solely of my experiences living here. This is a fantastic community; it’s generally quiet, the apartment is modern and up-to-date, and it’s conveniently located near I-10, which is a huge plus. The neighbors in my building keep to themselves for the most part; therefore, I just recently signed a new lease. However, I did have a very inconsiderate and rude neighbor for the first two years of living here, and nothing was done to rectify that situation until the new management team came on board—thank goodness. It is noteworthy that this will be the third management team to work in the office since I moved in—something I understand is fairly typical for apartment living. However, I can say that, unlike the previous management team, this team has been exceptionally approachable, attentive, and visible on property which has made a significant difference. I'm beginning to realize that most problems in apartment buildings are not management problems per se but rather human problems (noisy people, unpleasant people, pet-negligent people, disruptive people, inconsiderate people, or I don't respect my lease people, for example). When living in an apartment complex, the best policy is always to treat your neighbors as you would like to be treated.

The complex is new and the units look really nice. But the management team and people working there give terrible service. No follow up, they do not answer the phone or return emails in a timely manner. I applied and was denied. Please be aware there is a non-refundable deposit attached to your application that is used as your security deposit IF you are accepted. If you are denied the deposit will not be refunded there is no resolution at the corporate level. The deposit is being used as a “look and lease” incentive for applicants that move in. A bad experience for me I would not recommend. They are a pig with lipstick be very cautious if you are looking for something and have a tight deadline check the recent reviews before spending any money. EVERYBODY LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT ON GREENHOUSE RD RUN AWAY AS FAST AS THEY CAN FROM THIS PROPERTY. Decent apartment complex, worst management company I've ever had to deal with. Every time I go to the leasing office to TRY to solve an issue I can hear other people complaining about the management. Calling them unprofessional is a compliment for them. Everything was fine with the company who built the property. Now with this management, everything sudenly stopped working the way it should be, nobody knows how to do their job, it's nobodys problem because nobody cares. Today me and my wife were kicked by Renata and the assistant manager out of the leasing office after waiting 30 min to be helped even though I came in before closing time. Nobody can provide with a solution, everybody is just putting it on somebody else, but nobody takes accountability for the mistakes done and they just say, you have to wait till next week until my manager comes back, because again, nobody knows how to do their job. The HR department is doing a horrible job with talent adquisition.

Beautiful community! I went for a tour and this property is amazing. The pool is gorgeous and the gym is so big and full equipment. I will definitely applying to move in here. Thank you Yire for the great services

I am resident here since 2020. I am really happy here they are friendly Yire always is ready to help I usually takes a coffee, more often with this weather I just stay at the fire place with my computer enjoying the wifi area It is a great place to live, I highly recommend

The new management people are very nice. The new landscaping they put in looks great and the maintenance people actually repair things right the first time. I have lived here for over a year and I will want to stay now.

I have been here less than two months and getting harassed for walking in my own apartment and getting threatened WITH LEASE VIOLATION due to my neighbor wanting PEACE I fear me and my daughters SAFETY is at risk so we will be relocating very unprofessional no kind of communication skills just notes off one person HEARSAY if you think I'm lieing read recent Google review of the complainer and the things she complains about and read their comment they helped IMPROVED her expectations by harassing and threatening me for WALKING on my floor because she talks about the type of material WALLS and floor made of I hear everything I don't complain because I know what to expect when staying in an apartment they address petty issues but haven't addressed parking issues that's really in THE LEASE I still have to push a code to get in the gate I will not be scared to walk in anything I paid this amount for so my attorney has been contacted

Terrible !!! All 0 stars if I could !!! This is a terrible place to rent they have been harassing me since I got here ! They treat you like crap and always have a problem ! I guess they are racist and sexist !
