Great location! Large apartment homes! Toured with Irene and America and by the best experience I’ve had. Looking to move in next year and will be leasing here, Rice University is minutes away as well as the medical center and galleria! Everything is so close and walking distance!

I’ve truly loved living at Hanover Rice Village. The building is beautiful, well maintained, and in an unbeatable location with everything close by while still feeling peaceful and private. The apartments and amenities are excellent, and the community feels welcoming. The staff make a huge difference, especially Ireane. She is genuinely the best, always kind, helpful, and attentive, and she goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I highly recommend Hanover Rice Village.

Amazing property. The Gym and pool and fantastic. The location is great; everything is at a walking distance with amazing small stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The staff is very helpful and friendly which is amazing.

We felt so welcomed by Irene and the rest of the staff we had a great time. Felt right at home and the place was honestly beautiful I loved the scenery the neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors where so welcoming.
