*URGENT - ACTIVE DIG*Hello,This is a continuation of Ticket # 101004607249. I am having plumbing work done in my backyard to dig up and replace pipes. We are finding that the pipe layout is not consistent with the sewage map. The plumber had previously diagnosed a "bellied" pipe in my backyard. But upon digging up the pipe, it appears this bellied pipe is part of the city's sewer lines. We need confirmation from the city that the 8" pipes are in fact maintained by the city. Hello, a plumber has highlighted some concerns about the water line in my backyard which he believes is managed by the city. I am requesting that the city confirm the location of the city-maintained water line. The issues included a "bellied" line which is causing slow draining as well as a potential blockage near the manhole.
There is a blockage and a low spot in what the plumber believes to be city sewer lines. Need to find the boundary between city sewer lines and property sewer lines and have problems in city sewer lines corrected
