Major city water break underground by the city. However, the pavement and underground electrical damage still needs repair. The broken pavement and exposed electrical wires are at the main entrance of the condo complex. The gate is also broken from the water leak repair that inhibits the function and security of the gate. The landscape near the water break also been damaged and requires repair after city workers damaged it to repair the break.
