Overall, my experience is positive and I enjoy living here. I was frustrated by the huge rate increase in my rent this year when it came time to renew my lease for a second time and if it happens again this year, I will move.

We've officially lived at 24Eleven for a year and are happy to renew and call it home another year. Friendly and attentive staff, thoughtful amenities and great central Houston location near downtown. Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and secure and maintained property grounds. Love 24Eleven as our home.

Just moved in. Perfect location. Super close to everything living in the city. The units are well kept and cozy. The valet trash service is effortless. Amenities are nice. Very enjoyable experience living here.

cannot say enough great things about the management and staff here. I look at probably every single apt in the area and none of the staff treated you like the staff here. Absolutely wonderful, informative, answered phone calls and questions, follow through with EVERYTHING they said they would! Since moving in, it was rough because our movers we used were not that great, but the complex its self, and staff have made up for my bad experiences with movers!

I love living in this community. The people are friendly and the staff members provide excllent service. I will be renewing my lease and recommending my friends. Living here is convenient and minutes from downtown.
