Awful place to live. Avoid at all costs. Safety here is negligible and their idea of helping everyone is saying well, try harder, its up to you not to get robbed and wasting everyones time in a meeting with security where he spends half the time making jokes. Victoria, literally the worst property manager Ive ever encountered, made it very clear that they will not respond to an increase in crime with an increase in security. They will just continue to try to sweep things under the rug to protect the complexs image and deceive people into moving in. Encouraging a resident not to report a break in and then using that as an excuse not to alert the other residents is abhorrent behavior.

Other than the disastrous 2020 and the freeze, its been a good experience overall. I understand a lot of things are out of the complex's control like power, but it would be helpful to see what could be done to mitigate future power outages in the future. As it seems we are the ones who always tend to lose power, while everyone around us does not.

Great management and maintenance team, safe and clean, love it. Strongly recommended, awesome neighborhood, great amenities, safe environment. Close to great facilities and walking distance to parks, restaurants

Great apartment - very clean and well kept. The gym is my favorite part. The pool is great as well and the courtyard/game room is a good spot to really much relax and rewind. The noise level from traffic is a bit irritating from Washington Avenue if youre one the 1st floor.

Ive been at 2411 two months and couldnt be happier! Its quiet, easy to commute everywhere, great amenities, and the residents and staff are so helpful and friendly. Im happy to call this home and look forward to spending many more years in the wonderful community!

I've been living here for a couple weeks and I must say I love it. The amenities and location are great... near bars and restaurants and short walk to the Buffalo Bayou trail for running, biking and hiking. The building is also quiet and the staff is responsive.

So far, my experience at 2411 Washington has been great! The staff is amazing to work with, the amenities are great, and the location is crazy convenient! I truly am so excited to live here. My apartment was in such great shape when I moved in, and not having to do a major deep clean or have any repairs done when I first got here really relieved some stress from the process. Plus, there's an easy & convenient loading dock that you can use for move in - life saver!

We lived here for 5 years. At move out we were charged $650 for a glass stove top replacement. During a pandemic. Because we used our stove. For 5 years. No damage. No cracks. Just completely normal wear and tear.

I am so happy with my decision to live at 2411 Washington! The location is great, community is tight, and I've never had any issues that weren't quickly addressed or prevented in the first place. The dog park has been the best part!

This place is HORRIBLE and only seems to be getting worse. 5-6 years of living here and I can honestly say I've never been more miserable as of late Partying neighbors till after 5am on a regular basis (currently 5:08am Christmas morning 12/25/20). The management team tells you to call the "security officer" that doesn't exist or never answers a call. In the past 6 months I've called more times than I can count along with countless emails only to get an email back in the next couple of days telling me to call the after hours courtesy officer.... We call him/her, no answer then management always says he was on duty with his other job.... Management pretends they have no idea what you're talking about (we have emails discussing all these things multiple times...) and will just tell you to contact someone else that doesn't answer the phone... they will just tell you whatever to get you to go away. Absolutely nothing has changed and we have lost all faith that anything will change..
